Just as importantly, we define ourselves by what we are not. We are not boring or ‘touchy-feely’. We are not “consultants” for business operations, marketing, or Human Resources Management. Instead, we engage you and your group to answer your own questions. After all, who knows your business or your goals better than your own group or staff?

Eric Pories
President of Focus Intent and lead facilitator, Eric has lead experiential education experiences for over 25 years. Eric developed his art of facilitation through a foundation skill set in adventure education (Challenge courses), a Masters degree in Adult Education and Human Resource Development, and his work for a variety of for and not for profit organizations. The breadth of his group facilitation work ranges from Catholic Priests to the World Bank. Eric brings an enjoyable, authentic and original style of facilitation to his participants.

We offer on- and off-site programs throughout West Virginia and the Mid-Atlantic, including: Maryland, Washington D.C., North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, North Carolina, and Kentucky.
