HI, I’M ERIC….
I’m the President of Focus Intent and your go-to facilitator. I have led team development education experiences for more than 25 years. I always strive to bring an enjoyable, authentic and original style of facilitation to my participants.
I developed my art of facilitation through a foundation in adventure education (Challenge courses), a Masters degree in Adult Education and Human Resource Development, and my work for a variety of for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. My group facilitation projects range from manufacturing companies to volunteer and service organizations.

Eric Pories has been invaluable in helping our organization find focus by working with our board and membership to identify and prioritize needs, develop goals and define the necessary steps and timelines to achieve those goals.
