This is an extremely high energy, fast-paced, ‘ideation’ event.
We use the Osborn-Parnes Creative Problem Solving Process and a variety of experiential learning tools to generate and maximize creative thinking.
Event Specifics: No more than 12 participants – We’ll work with you to define your resource group. The event can last from a ½ day to multiple days, dependent on the objective.
What are you looking for?
- A novel solution to an ongoing problem?
- Need a new product or the next-gen of an old one?
- Need to revise/create a system or process?
- Do you have a new opportunity to investigate?
- Changes talking place to your industry?
- What to call that product or service?
We find that 2 factors play a large role in the quality of the ‘ideation’ event:
Consider the participants your resource group. A diverse group can be more successful at thinking creatively. Perhaps we could invite a customer, a vendor, someone from a different department within the organization, someone from a completely different industry. Diversity is helpful!
Our ability to think creatively is affected by our physical surroundings/comfort and psychological support. Nurture participant’s ability to think creatively through the selection of a novel and supportive event location.
Note: Learning the Process – Check out “Brainstorming, the art of ideation” under Professional Development. We would love the opportunity to teach your staff how to utilize this tool effectively!
